Sunday was a wonderful celebration for us of Christ’s resurrection. As I was contemplating about some of the songs we sang as a congregation, and also the 2 choir songs we sang in the morning service, I was truly blessed by the impact that great music has on a church service. I can’t imagine what church would be without music!

Then in the evening service to see how music and Scripture can work together to create such a beautiful picture of Christ’s sacrifice for us…. It was a huge blessing!

God also used to His Word to work in my heart – just reading through the gospel story several times in church on Sunday, and thinking about what an amazing sacrifice He made so that I could know Him personally made me so grateful for what I have in Him. Not only the everyday, physical blessings that are mine to enjoy, but the spiritual blessings that so often I don’t even stop to think about. God is good. That’s more than enough for me!
